Quality Control

Our quality control follows a strict first inspection, patrol inspection, and sampling inspection system at every production stage, based on established inspection standards and approved reference samples.

Plastic Injection – Each plastic component, including pen caps and barrels, is checked for appearance, color accuracy, dimensions, fit, and airtightness. Ventilation of pen caps is also verified. Tools such as vernier calipers, color charts, and airtightness testers are used to ensure precision.

Barrel Printing – Printed barrels undergo inspection for appearance, size, and print adhesion. We use magnifying glasses, 3M tape, and rulers to maintain printing quality and durability.

Pen Assembly – Assembled pens are tested for appearance, ink color consistency, weight, tip pressure, writing performance, and airtightness. Quality checks are conducted using color charts, electronic scales, pressure gauges, and airtightness testers.

Product Packing – Finished products are reviewed for appearance, color arrangement, packaging information, and shipping marks, ensuring compliance with approved samples and design specifications.
